Yes — 14 days, free, with no card required. You will need your GSTIN to start one: the trial gives you a working workspace with one user, one entity, one store and five each of products, customers and vendors — enough to raise real documents on your own data and see whether it fits. Choose a plan at any point during the 14 days and everything you have set up carries straight over. One trial per business.

Velocity is for businesses with multiple legal entities (multiple GSTINs) under one tenant. Zenith roughly doubles every allowance again — 50 users, 10 entities, 20 stores — and adds regional-language AI and the option to run on a dedicated single-tenant instance — typically chosen by enterprises with strict isolation or data-residency requirements.

Yes — any time, from inside BizFlow360, without waiting on us. Upgrading charges only the difference between the two plans for the months left in your current period — you have already paid for this period on the smaller plan, so you are never billed for it twice. Pay online and the bigger plan is live immediately; the full new price starts at your next renewal. Downgrading costs nothing and needs no payment: it is booked for your next renewal, you keep the plan you paid for until the period ends, and the first invoice at the smaller price covers the first period on the smaller plan. If your subscription has already lapsed there is no paid period left to protect, so a smaller plan takes effect straight away.

Some features (for example, the Shopify and online-marketplace connectors) are sold separately as add-ons rather than bundled into a plan. Add-ons can be activated on any plan — talk to us for current add-on pricing.

Yes — annual billing gets you a 15% discount over monthly. Quarterly is also available at 5% off.

You can export your data any time. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days in case you want to come back, then permanently delete it (subject to any statutory retention obligations like GST invoice records).
