2. Information you enter and outputs the platform generates

BizFlow360 generates invoices, purchase orders, goods-receipt notes, dispatch notes, returns documents, financial reports, GST computations and similar artefacts based on data that you enter (master data, transaction line items, tax rates, addresses, GSTIN values, opening balances, etc.) and on settings you configure (state of business, tax split rules, document numbering, approval workflows, and so on).

Although we put significant effort into the correctness of the underlying calculations, the outputs are only as accurate as the inputs and settings you provide. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying that every invoice, return, GST filing, financial report and other output is accurate before you act on it, file it or share it with a third party.
• Verifying that the tax treatment, place of supply, HSN/SAC code, GST rate and other regulatory determinations applied to a transaction are correct for your specific facts.
• Reconciling platform outputs against your own books of account, statutory filings and bank statements at the periodicity required for your business.

BizFlow360 is a tool for your finance team and operators; it is not a substitute for the professional judgement of a chartered accountant, tax consultant or legal advisor.
